Mine is Marie, his is Michael.

How long have you been together?

Three years, 4 months and 2 days.

How long did you know each other before you started dating?

We talked online for about a month before meeting in person, and started “dating” the day we met IRL.

Who asked whom out?

He asked me.

How old are each of you?

I’m 19, almost 20, and he’s 22.

Whose siblings do you see the most?

Uh, mine. Because he has none.

Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple?

In the beginning, it was the long distance part of our relationship. Seeing someone for just a few hours every week is difficult, but we made it through. Now? Who’s turn is it to do the dishes is usually our biggest issue.

Did you go to the same school?

Nope.

Are you from the same home town?

No. I’m from Kokomo, he’s from Illinois. (Rankin/Hoopeston.)

Who is smarter?

It depends on the subject matter. He’s better with music and creative writing, I’m better at math and english. We both love history.

Who is the most sensitive?

We’re both huge babies. :P

Where do you eat out most as a couple?

Steak N’ Shake. It’s “our” place.

Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple?

Um. Chicago? lol. We don’t do a ton of traveling.

Who has the craziest exes?

I guess he does, though she’s not crazy. I just don’t have any exes to compare. haha.

Who has the worst temper?

Me. I fly off the handle a lot because I’m a moody ball of emotions. I don’t envy him on one of my bad days.

Who does the cooking?

If I want it to be edible? Me.

Who is the neat-freak?

Neither of us. We both clean when it’s necessary, but we’re not anal about it.

Who is more stubborn?

Me. Definitely.

Who hogs the bed?

It’s not an issue, usually. When we both sleep in the bed at the same time, we stick to our own sides, because we both hate to be crowded. But usually, I go to bed when he gets up for work.

Who wakes up earlier?

He does. He has to be at work at 6am, which is something I don’t think I could EVER do.

Where was your first date?

The first time we hung out it was at my house. Our first “date” was to winter formal my junior year.

Who is more jealous?

We’re not really jealous. We’re AWARE of other people, but we don’t get upset or angry about flirting or anything.

How long did it take to get serious?

We’ve been serious since day one.
Who eats more?

Him, probably. I like to joke that he’s the human garbage disposal.

Who does the laundry?

He does his, I do mine. We both help with towels and if the other needs a load done, we do it.

Who’s better with the computer?

I am.

Who drives when you are together?

I do, he scares me too much.

I wanted some sweet potato bread. But I hate slicing it. So I thought “Oh, I’ll just make them into muffins!” So I mixed them up, set the oven to 50 degrees lower than for the bread since I have dark pans and a fidgety oven, sprayed the pans with PAM…

And every single muffin is burned. I’m pretty angry. I really wanted some bread. Like.. REALLY badly… I wanted it. I spent almost 2 hours cleaning the kitchen, and it was going to be my reward for getting everything done. And instead of muffins, I got a sore back and an empty tummy.

I’m going to take a nap until Branden gets home. We’re going to get groceries. I hope it storms until then but not during/after the shopping. I don’t like loading bags into the car in the rain.
