I finally called to speak with him, since it was one of his employees that screwed up. I told him that while I understand that they run a business and they certainly deserve to be paid, they also have to take into consideration the fact that it wasn't my mess up and they're now asking a whole lot out of me with absolutely NO NOTICE. He agreed, which is good. I'm hoping nothing drastic has to happen. I’m supposed to hear back from the main agent at the insurance company by Monday. Ugh, molars. I'm having cavity issues that may result in a root canal, and I am *not* happy about that. The home insurance thing sucks major monkey balls. I hope that the issue can be straightened out. At worst, I'm assuming that Chase would send you a letter notifying you that you have X amount of days to get coverage reinstated before they do something?
